Hilary and Brie bring a shared passion for Internal Family Systems (IFS) and creating spaces where all parts are welcome. Together, they offer a balance of warmth, curiosity, and clarity—helping clients feel supported while making real, lasting change. Hilary’s vision for an IFS-centered clinic has grown into a collaborative space where therapists like Brie can bring their unique strengths, experiences, and passions to the work. Whether you are seeking to deepen your relationship with yourself, navigate the challenges of daily life, or find greater balance, Hilary and Brie are dedicated to walking alongside you with compassion and care.

Hilary Pick, LPC, CSAC

Hilary Pick is a compassionate and trustworthy therapist known for her warm presence and authentic approach. She integrates humor, creativity, and genuine connection into her clinical work, while also offering thoughtful and respectful challenges to support clients’ growth. Her style is both engaging and grounded, allowing clients to feel deeply seen while encouraged to move toward lasting change.

Beyond her clinical practice, Hilary is a lifelong creative. She enjoys drawing, photography, and cooking, and much of the artwork featured on her website is her own. The flower on the homepage holds special meaning, as it was created by her mother.

IFS Therapist

Brie Noble

Brie brings a grounded, exploratory spirit to her work as a therapist. Having lived in the Himalayas, New Orleans, and now Milwaukee, she carries a passion for exploration into all areas of her life. She dreams of visiting every U.S. National Park, spends her free time cycling and hiking local trails, and finds joy in quiet evenings watching movies or playing cards with family and friends.

In the therapy room, Brie supports adults and teens navigating the complexities of relationships and the often-invisible labor of “keeping it together” in a world that can feel overwhelming. She helps clients better understand their unique way of experiencing life, offering tools that are especially supportive for those with ADHD or AuDHD traits and sensory sensitivities. Through compassionate curiosity and practical strategies, she guides clients toward deeper self-connection and more authentic, meaningful relationships.

Brie offers a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space that’s also clear and directive—helping clients both gain insight and make tangible shifts in their lives. Her approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). As a certified Intuitive Eating counselor, she also supports clients in reconnecting with their bodies and intuition. In every session, Brie invites space for all parts of the self, guided by the client’s own inner wisdom.
