Hilary Pick

Hello, I'm Hilary Pick (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist, and Approved IFS consultant in Milwaukee, WI. I am passionate about helping people develop a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them. I use the Internal Family Systems model as a guide to help my clients begin to make sense of who they are from the inside out.

IFS is a non-pathologizing therapeutic model that allows individuals to welcome all parts of themselves in a new way, one with compassion and curiosity. When we welcome our parts with compassion, curiosity, and love, we begin to heal and release old wounds that keep us stuck.  I believe the more connected we are to ourselves, the more we can live our lives with confidence, creativity, and connection. I weave creativity and experiential learning into therapy, groups, and retreats.
